The Opportunity:

“Relationships Matter” is one of Paperless Parts’ most important Leadership Principles and is why we seek a Partnership Manager to continue to build our partner program. As our product and customer base grow, so too does the number of software providers, associations, and other vendors we need to build deep partnerships with for the success of our customers. We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Strategic Relationships team to help deepen existing partnerships and build new partnerships across the manufacturing ecosystem.

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Relationships, the Partnerships Manager will be a key player in Paperless Part’s ecosystem expansion in 2022 and beyond. They will collaborate cross-departmentally at Paperless Parts, coordinating partnership efforts with colleagues in Marketing, Design, Events, Sales, Business Development, and Integrations. They will support revenue by securing and driving opportunities with partners and potential partners for co-marketing through webinars, case studies, press releases, and events (NOT cold-calls and email campaigns-- that is the Business Development Representative’s job); oversee budget allocation across initiatives; travel to and attend events across the country to represent Paperless Parts and generate new business opportunities; and more.

Who You Are:

You are a relationship builder with interest and/or experience in channel sales, account management, business development, customer success, or partnerships, preferably in a start-up setting. You are passionate about people and are looking for a high-growth company that will provide you the opportunity to enhance your existing skills while challenging you to stretch beyond them. You practice extreme ownership and enjoy working collaboratively across the organization to create opportunities and provide increasing value to both customers and partners. You are comfortable being at the forefront of an evolving program (ie, you will be helping build the playbooks, not inheriting one).

This position requires activities that are subject to US Export Control Laws and require US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.


  • Drive existing relationships with ERPs, Associations, and other partners to create pipeline opportunities for the Paperless Parts sales team that converts into new company revenue. Meet and exceed quarterly goals around top-of- the-funnel pipeline support.
  • Build strong relationships with partners that will maximize company revenue, partner value, and partner retention
  • Build and manage a lead referral pipeline within your partner portfolio
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews with partners to evaluate KPIs and develop key initiatives from data insights
  • Collaborate internally with Paperless stakeholders to produce marketing content and events that elevate our partnerships in the market and create new pipeline opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships, initiatives, and marketing activities to drive increased inbound leads and top-of-the-funnel revenue through partner channels
  • Ensure partnerships are well positioned to renew, grow, and exceed organizational revenue goals
  • Leverage data to plan, allocate budget, and execute in collaboration with the VP of Strategic Relationships
  • Increase our partner’s understanding of our unique value proposition
  • Develop and maintain partner enablement for external use
  • Assist Paperless HR and Ops & Enablement with creating and maintaining sales resources around partnerships

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Up to 4 years experience in sales, partnerships, or related function 
  • Project management training/experience is an advantage
  • History of exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, especially with contracts
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Organized and focused with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to influence others and create a sense of urgency
  • Ability to travel to events, job shops, and partner sites at least once per month; COVID-19 vaccination is required
